Handy free PDF annotation tool
Would it not it be great if you could read a PDF manual like a book and make annotations? Would it not be great if such a software would not cost you a dime? Well Skim is exactly that. A helpful PDF annotation tool which lets you highlight important things and lets you add and edit notes.
Other highlights are:
- Making “snapshots” for reference
- Reading in full screen
- Giving presentations
- Reading bar
- AppleScript support
- Export notes as PDF, RTF or in the Skim note format
- Online Manual
The current version is 0.3 at the moment and requires OS X 10.4. The software is reported to be rather stable and since it is free it can not hurt to check it out.
